A well-established Nashville law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate & Finance Attorney to join its growing transactional practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants sophisticated commercial real estate and finance work in a collaborative environment with direct access to experienced attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in commercial real estate and/or finance transactions
• Experience representing borrowers and lenders preferred
• Familiarity with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing transactions
• Experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and other transactional agreements
• Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Tennessee admission or ability to become admitted in Tennessee
