I’m conducting a search for an experienced Commercial Lender to join a growing, financially strong community bank in the Lubbock market. This is an opportunity for a relationship-focused lender who is well connected locally and wants to help grow a strong commercial banking presence.

What they’re looking for:

• Established relationships within the Lubbock/Levelland market
• Proven business development and new-money generation
• Strong C&I lending background; CRE experience is a plus
• Experience with full-cycle commercial lending and portfolio management
• Strong understanding of credit and risk analysis
• Relationship banker who values long-term client partnerships
• Proven production matters more than a specific number of years in banking

This bank is growing and has the financial capacity and appetite to add an accomplished lender who can develop new relationships and capitalize on opportunities in the market.
