THE OPPORTUNITY
The Electrical Engineer will support the reliability, performance, and continued improvement of electrical systems and equipment within an industrial environment. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with plant systems while also contributing to engineering projects, troubleshooting, upgrades, and long-term reliability initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide engineering support for electrical systems, equipment, and plant operations
Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify effective long-term solutions
Support electrical maintenance, reliability, upgrades, and improvement projects
Assist with equipment specifications, system modifications, and project execution
Work cross-functionally with maintenance, operations, engineering, and outside contractors
Help improve equipment reliability, safety, and overall plant performance
Ensure engineering work meets applicable safety requirements, codes, and standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
Experience working with electrical systems in an industrial or similarly complex environment
Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to relocate to southeastern Montana
