THE OPPORTUNITY

The Electrical Engineer will support the reliability, performance, and continued improvement of electrical systems and equipment within an industrial environment. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with plant systems while also contributing to engineering projects, troubleshooting, upgrades, and long-term reliability initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide engineering support for electrical systems, equipment, and plant operations

  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify effective long-term solutions

  • Support electrical maintenance, reliability, upgrades, and improvement projects

  • Assist with equipment specifications, system modifications, and project execution

  • Work cross-functionally with maintenance, operations, engineering, and outside contractors

  • Help improve equipment reliability, safety, and overall plant performance

  • Ensure engineering work meets applicable safety requirements, codes, and standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline

  • Experience working with electrical systems in an industrial or similarly complex environment

  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work effectively with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Willingness to relocate to southeastern Montana
