Mechanical Senior Project Manager

A well-respected, growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a 2–3 year project in Little Rock, AR. This is an opportunity to join a company that values its employees, offers competitive compensation, and provides strong long-term growth.

The project is expected to run 2–3 years, with the opportunity to join the company permanently and continue your career with them after the project is completed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish

  • Oversee budgets, schedules, teams, and project performance

  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships

  • Lead and mentor project teams

  • Resolve project issues and ensure successful project completion

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience

  • Strong mechanical construction background

  • Previous General Contractor (GC) experience preferred, but not required

  • Proven leadership and project management experience

  • Strong communication and client relationship skills

  • Experience managing budgets and schedules

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
