A well-established heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected company with a solid project backlog, supportive leadership, and a strong reputation for delivering complex public infrastructure projects.

The Project Manager will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through final closeout while coordinating with owners, engineers, municipalities, field leadership, subcontractors, and suppliers.

What You’ll Manage

  • Water and wastewater infrastructure projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Project budgets, schedules, forecasts, job costs, and overall financial performance
  • RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, pay applications, and project documentation
  • Coordination with owners, engineers, municipalities, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Material procurement, equipment needs, deliveries, and project logistics
  • Progress meetings, client communication, project reporting, and risk management
  • Safety, quality, production, and regulatory compliance
  • Work involving treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, process piping, concrete structures, and underground utilities

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of construction experience, preferably within water, wastewater, or heavy civil infrastructure
  • Proven project management experience on treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, underground utilities, or similar municipal projects
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, cost controls, and field operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • A successful track record of completing projects safely, on schedule, and profitably
