Job Description

Established commercial civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects throughout Southeast Michigan. We are looking for someone who understands field operations, communicates well with crews and customers, and can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Manage commercial civil/sitework projects from start through completion
• Coordinate field crews, foremen, subcontractors, vendors and equipment
• Manage project schedules, budgets, costs and production
• Review plans, specifications, contracts and project scopes
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, municipalities, engineers and inspectors
• Conduct jobsite visits and work closely with field leadership
• Experience with sitework, excavation, underground utilities, grading, concrete, paving, water/sewer or related civil construction preferred

Compensation: $100,000–$145,000+ DOE
Benefits and additional compensation based on experience.
