Position:  Assistant Superintendent – Commercial Construction (Healthcare)

About the Role:

We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our Nashville team on fast-paced, high-profile commercial healthcare construction projects (hospital expansions, clinical build-outs, and medical office buildings).

You will work directly with the Lead Superintendent to oversee daily site operations, maintain strict safety standards, and keep subcontractors on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily field operations, trade contractors, and site logistics.

- Enforce site safety and infection control protocols (ICRA / interim life safety measures).

- Assist in daily logging, quality control inspections, and punch-list management.

- Coordinate material deliveries, staging, and trade sequencing.

- Resolve on-site field issues promptly in collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications:

Experience:

 2–5+ years of on-site commercial construction experience; prior experience on healthcare, hospital, or clinical

projects required. -

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Procore (or similar PM software), blueprint reading, and building codes. -

Certifications: OSHA 30 preferred; ICRA awareness or certification is a strong plus.

- Relocation/Location:

 Must be based in or willing to commute/relocate to the greater Nashville area.
