Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon: Partnership Track with Inherited Book of Clients 

A well-established aesthetic plastic surgery practice in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a talented Plastic Surgeon to join its team. This is a rare opportunity to train under an award-winning plastic surgeon, step into an existing client base, and build toward partnership in one of the Southeast's most dynamic markets.

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 base salary plus percentage of collections
• Partnership opportunity after 24 months

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
• Open to plastic surgeons at any stage of their career, including plastic surgeons completing residency or fellowship in 2027
• Strong commitment to patient care and surgical excellence
