Commercial Lines Account Manager

We’re partnering with a growing independent insurance agency seeking a knowledgeable, relationship-driven professional to manage an established commercial book of business. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handle day-to-day policy needs, and work closely with producers and carrier partners to provide responsive, accurate service.

What you’ll do:

• Manage an established book of commercial accounts
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, billing questions, and policy changes
• Review coverage, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Market and remarket accounts with carrier partners
• Prepare proposals and support renewal presentations
• Maintain accurate account documentation within the agency management system
• Build lasting relationships through proactive communication and dependable follow-through

What we’re looking for:

• Commercial lines account management or servicing experience
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Strong understanding of commercial coverages and policy terminology
• Ability to manage multiple renewals and client requests without sacrificing accuracy
• Professional, personable communication with clients, producers, and carriers
• Experience with EPIC is helpful but not required
