Maintenance Technician - Robotics

A dairy manufacturing operation in Green County, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong industrial maintenance and robotics experience.

The company is focused on finding the right technical skill set for this opening, so compensation has flexibility for a highly qualified candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment
• Diagnose issues involving robotics and automated systems
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, controls, and related equipment
• Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts
• Complete maintenance work orders and documentation
• Work closely with production and other maintenance personnel

Qualifications:

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on robotics experience required
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with automated production equipment
• Food or dairy manufacturing experience preferred
• Preventive maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

Pay: Starting at $35+/hour, with flexibility based on experience and technical skill set, plus benefits.

This is an on-site position. Relocation assistance is not available.
