Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
• Identify opportunities to add value and provide strategic insights to clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor, coach, and supervise interns, staff, and senior team members
• Review financial statements, workpapers, and engagement deliverables
• Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure exceptional client service

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Active CPA license
• Recent public accounting experience
• 4+ years of experience in a CPA firm environment
• Experience with nonprofit audits
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Preferred Experience

• Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits
• Private company audits
• Construction industry clients
• Reviews and compilations
