Commercial Construction Project Manager
A highly respected Denver area commercial general contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its team. This is an opportunity to step into a strong local pipeline of commercial work, take real ownership of your projects, and work alongside a team that values accountability, communication, and execution.
You’ll have the autonomy to lead your projects from preconstruction through closeout while staying closely connected to the field, ownership, clients, and trade partners.
What You’ll Do
• Lead commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, design teams, and owners
• Drive procurement, buyout, forecasting, and cost control
• Lead owner and subcontractor meetings
• Identify potential issues early and keep projects moving
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• General contractor experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing commercial projects from start to finish
• Strong financial, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients, field teams, and executives
• Procore, Bluebeam, and related construction software experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
