**What You'll Do:**
- Partner with experienced commercial lenders and the lending team to accurately and efficiently process loan requests, extensions, advances, and modifications.
- Keep loan records current and monitor exceptions while ensuring all regulatory and bank documentation requirements are met.
- Assist with loan closings by coordinating necessary documents with borrowers, attorneys, and realtors.
- Provide exceptional, professional service as a key contact for commercial customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Support cross-departmental collaboration to maintain up-to-date files and promptly resolve loan-related inquiries.
- Prepare detailed loan documentation, reports, correspondence, and credit memos for lenders and management.
- Contribute to special projects, enhancing team success and operational excellence.

**What We're Looking For:**
- At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in bank lending or loan operations.
- Understanding of commercial lending processes and thorough knowledge of loan documentation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Banking Loan Software such as Jack Henry or Fiserv products is desired.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
