A global leader in food-processing and milling technology is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join its Food Application Center in Plymouth, WI.
This is a unique opportunity to work with sophisticated machinery used for customer trials, product development, milling, extrusion, and specialty food applications.
Every project is different. Customers bring new applications and challenges to the facility, and you'll help configure, troubleshoot, align, commission, and prepare equipment to successfully execute their trials.
WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?
This isn't a typical production-floor maintenance position.
You'll work in an application and demonstration environment where advanced food-processing equipment is continually configured for new customer projects. One week could involve specialty milling; the next could bring an entirely different application.
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside engineering and gain exposure to advanced machinery, automation, PLCs, milling, extrusion, and food-processing technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation-related equipment issues• Support equipment setup, changeovers, and preventative maintenance activities• Assist with customer trials and product testing initiatives
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation• Work with PLC-controlled equipment and automated processing systems
• Follow SOPs and ensure equipment is properly configured for testing and production activities
• Identify opportunities for equipment reliability and process improvements
• Partner with engineering, operations, and technical teams to support customer success
