Traveling Construction Scheduler – Data Center / Mission-Critical
Project locations: Phoenix, AZ and Texas
Assignment type: Travel to and residence near each project for its duration
In need of Construction Schedulers for general contractors delivering mission-critical and data center projects. These roles are suited to schedulers who want to work closely with project and field leadership on complex builds where sequencing, coordination, and reliable progress reporting matter.
These are traveling positions. You must be comfortable relocating to a project location, living there for several years, and moving to the next project when assigned. Phoenix and Texas are the current project locations.
What you’ll do
Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules throughout the project.
Gather progress updates from project teams and trade partners, then evaluate their impact on milestones and completion.
Identify schedule risks, critical activities, and opportunities to improve sequencing.
Work with Project Managers and Superintendents to develop recovery plans when work falls behind.
Present clear schedule updates to project leadership and other stakeholders.
Support planning and schedule coordination through commissioning and closeout.
What we’re looking for
Construction scheduling experience on large, complex projects with a general contractor.
Data center or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.
The ability to work directly with field teams and turn jobsite progress into an accurate, useful schedule.
Experience supporting projects through completion.
Willingness to live near each assigned project for an extended period and relocate between assignments.
