Superintendent Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects at once
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials and equipment
- Keep project on schedule and within budget
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols
- Communicate with project stakeholders
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics and construction documents
- Ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Knowledge of construction codes and regulations
Experience:
- 10+ years of diverse commercial construction experience, prefer to have schools/universities within project experience.
- Experience managing projects exceeding $10mil
Salary:
- $110k to $130k
