Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join their construction management team. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of installation activities across multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Your expertise in construction scheduling software, project management tools, and civil engineering project management software will drive efficiency and accuracy throughout the installation process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction projects by managing resources, timelines, and communication channels effectively. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will be instrumental in delivering successful project outcomes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules by utilizing construction scheduling software such as Monday and Job Runner to align project timelines with resource availability and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and field supervisors to develop detailed installation plans based on construction drawings and plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards during all phases of installation while facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders
• Completing and coordinating badging and safety requirements for in house, and subcontractor teams at request of General Contractors and End users.

Experience

• Proven project management experience in the construction industry with a focus on flooring industry installation coordination .
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling software such as Monday or similar tools like Scheduling software for accurate project planning.
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including logistics, material handling, and safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese is a must.
• Excellent General Computer skills and Microsoft Teams and Program skills a must.
