Project Manager – Mission-Critical / Data Center Construction
Locations: Harlingen, TX
Base salary: Around $200,000, depending on experience
Additional compensation: Strong per diem and project-specific package
We are recruiting experienced general contractor-side Project Managers for major mission-critical and data center projects in Texas. These opportunities call for leaders who can manage a complex project from planning through closeout, coordinate multiple trades, and keep field execution, schedule, and financial performance aligned.
The compensation package is a significant part of these opportunities. Depending on the project and package, total annual compensation may reach $400,000–$500,000. That figure is potential total compensation, not a guaranteed salary, and the terms will be discussed for each assignment.
What you’ll do
Lead day-to-day project management from planning and mobilization through commissioning and closeout.
Partner with the Superintendent and field team to coordinate trade partners, procurement, milestones, and site priorities.
Manage the project budget, cost reporting, change orders, schedule commitments, and client communication.
Identify risks early and work with the team to resolve issues affecting cost, quality, or delivery.
Keep owners and project stakeholders informed while maintaining accountability across the project team.
What we’re looking for
Project management experience with a general contractor on large, complex construction projects.
Strong data center or mission-critical construction experience.
A proven record of delivering projects through completion.
Experience coordinating multiple trades and working closely with field leadership.
Strong command of project financials, scheduling, change management, and stakeholder communication.
