Real Estate Associate (3–5 Years): San Francisco, CA

A respected San Francisco business law firm is looking to add an attorney with substantive commercial real estate transactional experience to its Chambers-ranked real estate group. You'll get early client-facing responsibility, sophisticated deals, and room to run your own matters, all in a collaborative midsize setting with big-firm-level pay.

What they're looking for:

• 3–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience with debt financing, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, development work, and title/survey matters
• Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
• Interest in client-facing responsibility, with the ability to collaborate and to own significant work independently
• J.D. from a Top 50 law school; law school transcripts required
• Superior legal drafting skills
• California bar admission, or eligibility to obtain it

Logistics:

• Base salary: $252,000–$325,000, depending on experience
• Chambers-ranked practice group
