EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE | CHICAGO, IL
Chicago, IL | Hybrid | $180K–$220K+ | Bonus + Fully Funded Pension
A well-established employment law practice is seeking 1–2 Employment Litigation Associates with 3+ years of substantive employment litigation experience.
Focus: Employment discrimination, retaliation, wage amp; hour, class/collective actions, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and related litigation.
Requirements:
3+ years of employment litigation experience
Illinois Bar (required) + N.D. Illinois admission (preferred)
Strong discovery, deposition, motion, and summary judgment experience
Preferred: Trial Bar admission, trial/hearing experience, appellate experience, Spanish fluency, or portable business.
Benefits: $175K–$220K+ base | Bonus eligibility | Fully funded pension | Hybrid (3 days in office) | 1,750 billable hours
