Dominating the Region: Source and bid large-format commercial projects across industrial parks, retail centers, and institutional facilities.
Crafting Ironclad Bids: Analyze blueprints, calculate labor/material costs, and present winning bids for major single-ply and metal systems.
Value Engineering: Work with architects, engineers, and building owners to design roofing solutions that win against the competition.
Closing High-Value Contracts: Lead pre-bid meetings and contract negotiations like a pro.
5+ years estimating high-dollar commercial roofing projects.
Expert-level knowledge of major roof manufacturer systems (Carlisle, Elevate, JM, GAF).
Advanced takeoff skills with The EDGE, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
Willingness to travel regionally as needed to win big business.
Heavy-hitting base salary paired with an uncapped, aggressive commission structure.
