Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Engineers, clients, and other project consultants throughout the design and development process.

  • Create residential master plans for single-family attached and detached developments.

  • Prepare permit applications and construction documents for master-planned communities.

  • Perform engineering calculations and support the preparation of technical documentation.

  • Coordinate with municipal review staff to address comments and facilitate permit approvals.

  • Participate in project design and client meetings, as well as charette sessions.

  • Collaborate with landscape architecture staff on community amenity designs.

  • Support and oversee construction administration activities.

  • Coordinate project requirements across internal teams, consultants, clients, and municipalities.

  • Help ensure projects meet applicable design standards, permitting requirements, schedules, and client expectations.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 3–5 years of experience in land development, preferably with a focus on single-family residential projects.

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D.

  • Strong understanding of residential land development and the permitting process.

  • Excellent communication and client service skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, landscape architects, clients, consultants, and municipal staff.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute in a collaborative environment.
