Legal Secretary – Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid

Respected Los Angeles litigation firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with 3+ years of experience. This is a great opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and support a diverse litigation practice, including general liability, personal injury, business litigation, and public entity matters.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with legal document preparation and correspondence
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling
• Handle court filings and e-filing
• Maintain organized case files and litigation documents
• Provide general administrative and attorney support
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of legal secretary experience; 5+ preferred
• California law firm and litigation experience preferred
• Experience with civil litigation, general liability, personal injury, or public entity defense is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently
