Responsibilities
Handle insurance defense cases involving trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, and liability disputes.
Research legal issues and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Develop case strategies and maintain clear communication with clients.
Qualifications
Active Oklahoma law license in good standing.
Insurance defense, trucking litigation, or personal injury litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, communication, and case management skills.
Dependable, collaborative, and committed to client service.
