A well-respected, growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager for a major 2–3 year commercial construction project in Little Rock, AR. As the Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will drive full lifecycle management for large-scale mechanical construction projects. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, direct field operations, and build strong relationships with clients, GCs, and stakeholders.
Project Execution: Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from start to finish.
Budget & Schedule: Oversee project financials, cost controls, scheduling, and overall performance.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and direct project teams to ensure successful, safe completion.
Client Relations: Manage key relationships with clients, General Contractors (GCs), and stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Proactively resolve project issues, scope changes, and field bottlenecks.
8+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management (HVAC, piping, plumbing, or industrial systems).
Proven track record managing commercial mechanical project budgets, schedules, and teams.
Previous experience with General Contractors (GCs) preferred, but not required.
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
