Regional Vice President | Southwest Michigan & Northern Indiana
A financial institution is seeking a Regional Vice President to develop and execute its marketplace business plan, lead branch performance, and build lasting member, business, and community relationships.
What you’ll do
Translate strategic goals into regional sales, service, business development, and marketing plans.
Lead, recruit, coach, and develop branch teams and future leaders.
Strengthen relationships with members, businesses, and community partners.
Track profitability, productivity, service quality, and regional growth.
Partner with underwriting and operations to monitor portfolio quality and make balanced credit decisions.
Manage regional budgets and financial performance.
Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
What you bring
At least 5 years of progressively responsible financial institution management experience.
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or two years of related work experience.
A demonstrated record of business growth, sales coaching, and team development.
Strong financial analysis, communication, and community relationship skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain required NMLS registration.
Travel 2-3 days per week is required
Experience leading multiple locations, developing business, analyzing financial performance, or exercising underwriting or credit authority is preferred. Periodic overnight travel is required.
