Traveling Superintendent *Cold-storage

Responsible for on-site supervision of cold storage construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans/specifications.

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors
• Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Coordinate with PMs, trades, vendors, and inspectors
• Monitor quality, safety, and jobsite progress
• Travel to project sites as needed throughout the project lifecycle
