A premier, well-established Southeast Michigan General Contractor with an expanding project pipeline is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial and multifamily developments.

What You’ll Do
- Full Project Lifecycle Leadership: Direct major builds from preconstruction and buyout through closeout.
- Financial Ownership: Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow, and change order management to maximize profitability.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and field Superintendents to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Technical Guidance: Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop Assistant PMs and Project Engineers within the company.
- Strategic Impact: Leverage established regional subcontractor and trade relationships to ensure seamless project delivery and support long-term regional growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of construction project management experience with a commercial General Contractor.
- Multifamily / Commercial Expertise: Demonstrated experience with ground-up apartments, mixed-use, student housing, or senior living builds strongly preferred.
- Financial Acumen: Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar budgets, buyouts, and forecasting.
- Local Industry Network: Established relationships with trade partners and subcontractors across Greater Southeast Michigan.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with modern construction software (Procore preferred).
- Communication: Polished client-facing presentation and leadership capabilities.
