An established underground utility contractor is seeking a Field Supervisor. In business for more than 45 years, the company is looking for an experienced field leader to oversee watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and related utility construction.
Position Overview
The Field Supervisor will lead daily field operations, coordinate crews and resources, and help keep projects on schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of construction field experience.
Previous experience as a Foreman, Field Supervisor, or Superintendent.
Experience with underground utilities, including watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, or related work.
Strong crew leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
