Civil Engineer - Land Development (New York)

We're hiring a Civil Engineer with a land development background to join a growing site/civil team in the New York area. You'll work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use site projects from concept through permitting and construction.

What you'll do

• Design site grading, stormwater management, and drainage systems
• Lay out water, sewer, and other site utilities
• Prepare site plans, plan sets, and permit submittals in Civil 3D
• Coordinate with project managers, PEs, surveyors, and local review agencies

What you'll need

• EIT certification
• At least 1 year of civil engineering experience in land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
