Assistant Project Manager – Construction

We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager who can help keep projects organized, support project teams, and ensure the details behind successful construction projects are handled accurately and efficiently. Whether your background is in construction operations, project coordination, or construction accounting, this role offers an opportunity to build on your experience and expand your project management skills.
What You’ll Do
- Support Project Managers with daily project coordination, administration, and execution.
- Assist with contract administration, purchase orders, change orders, billing, insurance, bonds, and project documentation.
- Review project plans and specifications to help identify project requirements and potential challenges.
- Assist with pre-bid activities, quantity takeoffs, and project preparation.
- Track project progress, documentation, costs, and other key project details.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and other team members to help keep projects on schedule and organized.
- Help maintain accurate records and ensure project information is communicated effectively.
- Travel to project sites as needed to support field operations and project teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Several years of construction project management, project coordination, and/or accounting experience preferred.
- A degree in Construction Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both office and field teams.
- Willingness to travel to construction projects as needed.
