YOUR IMPACT
Design prestressed concrete bridges, retaining walls, culverts, and transportation structures
Develop bridge layouts, superstructures, substructures, and foundations
Help develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and quality deliverables
Collaborate with clients, industry partners, and multidisciplinary teams
Mentor junior engineers while continuing your own development
Contribute to projects involving TxDOT, NTTA, and ODOT
WHAT YOU BRING
Approximately 5–6 years of structural/bridge design experience
Texas PE and B.S. in Civil Engineering
Prestressed concrete girder bridge, retaining wall, and related structures experience
Knowledge of AASHTO LRFD and TxDOT bridge design/detailing standards
Relevant TxDOT precertifications—or ability to obtain them
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Experience with tools such as MicroStation, OpenBridge, PGSuper/BridgeLink, or MIDAS Civil
M.S. Civil Engineering, Oklahoma PE, and steel bridge experience are a plus
