Fully Remote Labor & Employment Attorney: Top-Tier Work from Anywhere in California

Our client, a highly regarded international law firm with a strong Los Angeles presence, is looking for a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience. This role is fully remote for candidates who reside in California, so you can do sophisticated employment work without the daily commute.

The position is primarily employment defense, and plaintiff-side attorneys who want to make the move to the management side are welcome to apply. You will join a tenured, close-knit team that invests in its attorneys.

What You'll Do

• Counsel employers on hiring, employment agreements, compensation, discipline, and terminations
• Defend clients in California wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions
• Support labor relations matters, including organizing campaigns, grievances, and arbitrations
• Prepare persuasive briefs, motions, and client advice memos
• Collaborate virtually with partners and colleagues across the firm's offices

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of labor and employment experience
• Hands-on wage-and-hour and PAGA experience required
• Must reside in California
• Strong academic credentials; big-firm experience preferred
• Excellent writing and research skills and the discipline to work productively from home
• A positive, team-first attitude
