Lead Concrete Project Manager — Structural, Tilt-Wall & Site Concrete
Location: Carrollton / Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Compensation: $130,000–$170,000 annually, depending on experience
About the Opportunity
An established concrete construction contractor is seeking a Lead Concrete Project Manager to oversee structural concrete, tilt-wall, and site concrete projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
This opportunity is suited to an experienced concrete construction professional who can take ownership of project delivery, manage financial performance, and work closely with field leadership to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage concrete projects from planning and contract review through completion and closeout.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost projections, and procurement plans.
Coordinate with superintendents, general contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Review drawings and specifications, identify scope gaps, and resolve constructability concerns.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and project documentation.
Monitor labor productivity, material costs, equipment needs, and project profitability.
Coordinate concrete placement sequencing, reinforcing steel, formwork, and tilt-wall activities with field teams.
Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and corrective actions.
Support quality control, safety expectations, and timely project closeout.
Qualifications
Substantial project management experience in commercial concrete construction.
Demonstrated experience with structural concrete, tilt-wall, and site concrete scopes.
Ability to independently manage complex projects and coordinate multiple work activities.
Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, sequencing, estimating, and cost control.
Experience managing contracts, change orders, schedules, and financial reporting.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Excel.
