Fully Remote Business Litigation Attorney: Sophisticated Work from Anywhere in Florida

We are working with a well-established, expanding firm with a strong Jacksonville presence that is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience. This role is fully remote for Florida-barred attorneys, so you can handle sophisticated commercial disputes without the daily commute.

You will manage business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, collaborating virtually with partners and colleagues who value autonomy and strong work product.

What You'll Do

• Handle business and commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs in state and federal court
• Take and defend depositions and argue hearings remotely or in person as needed
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk, and settlement options
• Collaborate virtually with partners and a supportive litigation team

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of business or commercial litigation experience
• Must reside in Florida and be available for occasional in-person appearances as needed
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Discipline and organization to work productively in a remote setting
