Litigation Associate - Remote (California)

We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join a growing California litigation team. This is a fully remote opportunity for an attorney with litigation experience who wants flexibility without sacrificing substantive, high-quality work.

This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in California.

What You'll Do

• Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other case documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and case conferences
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Manage a full caseload independently in a remote environment

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing
• Litigation experience (insurance defense, civil defense, or general litigation)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
