Corporate Attorney: Mid-Level Transactional Practice with Hybrid Flexibility in Sarasota

We are working with a well-established Gulf Coast law firm that is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its downtown Sarasota office. The corporate group represents privately held companies, health care providers, and investors in mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general business matters.

This is a hybrid role, combining in-office collaboration in downtown Sarasota with the flexibility to work from home part of the week.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate merger, stock purchase, and asset purchase agreements
• Prepare and negotiate commercial contracts and financing documents
• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, and compliance
• Lead due diligence and coordinate closings
• Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals on transactions

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate transactional experience
• M&A experience preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to build lasting client relationships
