Family Law Attorney: Make a Real Difference with a Respected San Diego Practice

Our client, a well-respected family law firm in San Diego, California, is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience. The firm guides clients through divorce, custody, support, and property division matters with compassion and skilled advocacy.

This is an in-office role in downtown San Diego, where you will work closely with experienced partners, paralegals, and support staff.

What You'll Do

• Manage a family law caseload, including dissolution, custody, visitation, and support matters
• Draft pleadings, declarations, discovery, and marital settlement agreements
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and trials
• Counsel clients through emotionally challenging situations with care and clarity
• Collaborate with forensic accountants, custody evaluators, and other experts

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 2+ years of family law experience
• Courtroom experience in family law matters
• Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Empathy, professionalism, and excellent organizational skills
