Remote Labor & Employment Attorney: Pennsylvania Employment Practice from Home

We are working with a well-regarded firm with a strong suburban Philadelphia presence in Conshohocken that is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The practice represents employers in employment litigation and advises them on day-to-day workplace issues.

This role is fully remote for attorneys based in Pennsylvania, with occasional in-person attendance for court appearances, depositions, and client meetings as needed.

What You'll Do

• Defend employers in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage-and-hour claims
• Represent clients in state and federal court and before the EEOC and PHRC
• Draft pleadings, motions, position statements, discovery, and briefs
• Counsel employers on FMLA, ADA, and Title VII compliance, handbooks, and separation agreements
• Conduct workplace investigations and deliver management training

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of labor and employment experience
• Must reside in Pennsylvania and be available for occasional in-person appearances
• Strong research, writing, and client communication skills
• Self-direction and organization to thrive in a remote setting
