Job Description

Intro: Run the field on major commercial and industrial steel jobs. We pay $100,000 to $140,000+ for proven supers.

• What you'll do: Lead erection crews, cranes, and daily sequencing
• Own jobsite safety under OSHA Subpart R, plus quality and schedule
• Coordinate with GCs, PMs, and other trades

• What you bring: 5+ years leading steel erection field crews
• Strong erection drawing reading and lift planning
