A respected Baltimore real estate law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its team. This small, entrepreneurial firm handles matters nationwide and some of the largest projects in Maryland.
What you'll do
- Represent clients buying, selling, leasing, and financing commercial real estate
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents
- Manage due diligence, title, and closing processes
- Work on large-scale Maryland projects and matters across the country
- Work directly with clients and firm partners from day one
What you bring
- 3-8 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Admission to the Maryland Bar
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills
- An entrepreneurial, hardworking approach (Baltimore roots are a plus)
Compensation and benefits
Competitive base salary, depending on experience. The role is in office at first, then moves to a hybrid, flexible schedule, based in Baltimore, Maryland.
