Ready to run the yard and grow with it? A growing, entrepreneurial cattle feeding company with more than 10,000 head is looking for a hands-on Feedlot Manager to lead its crew and its daily operations. You'll have real authority, a solid team in place, and owners who move fast and want you here for the long haul.

What You'll Do

• Lead, hire, and schedule the feed, cattle, and maintenance crews
• Oversee receiving, processing, and shipping of cattle
• Manage bunk reading, feed calls, and ration delivery
• Keep equipment, pens, and facilities running well
• Track performance and inventory in feedyard software

What You Bring

• 5+ years of feedlot experience, including time in a leadership role
• A proven ability to lead and motivate a crew
• Willingness to work outdoors and rotate weekends and holidays
