A premier, high-stakes plaintiff firm seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will manage a complex caseload from intake through trial, aggressively advocating for victims of medical negligence. You will work alongside top-tier experts and litigators in a collaborative, fast-paced environment dedicated to achieving justice for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and litigate medical malpractice cases from investigation and filing through discovery, mediation, and trial.
- Analyze complex medical records, identify liability, and prepare comprehensive litigation strategies.
- Take and defend depositions of physicians, experts, and corporate witnesses.
- Collaborate with support staff and expert witnesses to build winning cases.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in good standing.
- 5+ years of dedicated experience in medical malpractice (plaintiff side strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated record of successful settlements and trial experience.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage a complex caseload while maintaining high standards of client service.
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $200,000+ (commensurate with experience and proven results).
- Performance Incentive: 50% of all origination fees for new cases brought into the firm.
