Why this role?

This is a chance to run the whole finance function for a growing construction company, reporting directly to the CEO. Compensation is $150,000-$200,000+ with up to a 30% bonus.

What will you own?

• Leadership of the accounting team
• Job cost, WIP, and revenue recognition
• Budgets, cash flow, billing, and AR
• Equipment costing, KPIs, and audits

Who are we looking for?

• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, with 3+ years in management
• A CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required), plus a degree in accounting or finance
• Construction accounting background; Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus

This role is on-site in Columbia, MO.
