A well-established commercial General Contractor in Pittsburgh is looking for a Superintendent to run private-sector commercial projects, typically $3-5M and up to $10M! This role offers financial stability, a competitive salary & benefits, and a great work-life balance.
SUPERINTENDENT QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
✔️ Experience running private-sector projects in the $3-10M range
✔️ Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, safety, and quality control
✔️ Proven ability to lead subcontractors and keep projects on time and on budget
✔️ Excellent communication with project managers, owners, and trade partners
✔️ OSHA 30 certification preferred
