Business Development Manager – Commercial Construction
A well-established commercial General Contractor in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow their private-sector client base. Their projects typically range from $3-5M and sometimes up to $10M. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven construction professional who wants to make a direct impact on a company's growth.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5+ years of business development or sales experience in commercial construction
• Established network of private-sector owners, developers, architects, and brokers preferred
• Experience pursuing projects in the $3-10M range
• Ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and support proposals and presentations
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
