VP of Sales and Marketing, Mount Laurel, NJ

An established commercial raised access flooring contractor and distributor is seeking a VP of Sales and Marketing to lead business development across New Jersey. This is a high-visibility leadership role with a direct impact on growth.

What you'll do:

• Lead sales and marketing efforts across North and South New Jersey
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, architects, and designers
• Promote specialty, limited-distribution flooring products to the architectural community
• Support scope development and project pricing
• Provide project management support on key accounts

What you bring:

• Commercial construction sales and marketing experience, ideally in flooring (ACT or drywall backgrounds considered)
• Established relationships with GCs and architects in the local market
• Some project management experience
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Familiarity with BuildingConnected, Procore, and Excel a plus
