What you'll do:
- Design, implement and monitor the firm's system of quality management for assurance
- Lead internal inspections and root-cause analysis, and prepare for peer review
- Serve as a technical resource on GAAP, GAAS and independence
- Develop policies, training and guidance for assurance teams
What you bring:
- Active CPA with 10+ years of assurance experience, including quality control or technical roles
- Deep knowledge of SQMS, GAAS, GAAP and peer review
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay: $175K - $215K + bonus potential
