CLEAN ROOM APM QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ 6+ years of construction experience, including clean room, laboratory, and hospital projects
✔️ Understanding of controlled environments, cleanroom classifications, and the related MEP coordination
✔️ Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
✔️ Support project managers with budgets, change orders, commissioning, and closeout
✔️ Strong communication skills with owners, design teams, and field staff
