Business Development Manager – Concrete Construction
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth area
A well-established concrete contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow its client base and pursue new work across the region. Relationship skills and a practical understanding of concrete construction both matter here.
What You'll Do
- Find and win new opportunities with general contractors, developers, and owners
- Build and grow long-term relationships with key clients
- Represent the company at industry events, associations, and networking functions
- Work with estimating and operations to pursue the right projects
- Track leads, pipeline, and results using a CRM
- Share market insight to help shape the company's growth strategy
What You Bring
- Business development or sales experience in the construction industry
- A strong network in the local construction market (concrete experience is a plus)
- Natural relationship-builder with great communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable setting your own goals
- A solid understanding of how construction projects are bid and won
